Signing Documents - For Members/Guardians

Students and guardians can view documents and submit their signatures by logging in to their program dashboards.

  1. Log in by clicking your Magic Link from your SMS messaging app or email inbox and navigate to your program dashboard
  2. Scroll down to view the Documents component below Announcements and Events. Red text notifications will appear if signatures are still required for students, guardians, or both


  1. Click the document to view the Document Details page. Certain browsers will display the PDF embedded directly on the page, while other browsers will require you to download a copy of the PDF to your device to view


  1. Below the embedded document, type in your legal name and check the box


  1. Click "Sign" to submit your e-signature. When your signature is submitted, the red text notification will disappear from your dashboard
  2. After you submit your signature, you can navigate back to the Document Details page to view the document and the timestamp of your signature
