Magic Link - Best Practices
Often out-of-town parents in blended families get frustrated by our communications. If your guardian does not want to receive notifications from CutTime please remove them from your CutTime account. If they mark our emails as "spam" and "stop" on our SMS messages, it harms our deliverability.
We suggest guardians and students save their magic links on the home screens of their web-enabled devices. Here are a couple of helpful articles.
Guardians and Students might occasionally lose, forget, or delete the text message; they can resend their magic link automatically using one of these links.
