Managing Multiple Guardians for a Member

Many program members may need multiple guardians to be assigned to them so they can stay updated for that member's details. All guardians in CutTime are required to have a cell phone on file so that each guardian can have a unique "magic link" to access their dashboard.

If another guardian needs to be added to a member in CutTime, you can contact your program director with their cell number and email (optional), as well as their program member's name.

Guardians are able to opt out of text messages by replying to any message from CutTime with "STOP." They can opt back in by sending START to the same number.


Payments

Any guardian can make an online payment if the program enables that feature. When one guardian makes a payment online, each dashboard is immediately updated with this payment logged and accounted for in the total balance remaining for that member. This way, if one guardian makes a payment through CutTime, all other guardians can see this on their dashboard.

All payments to your member's account are visible at the bottom of your dashboard
