How to Send an Announcement

In your Program Dashboard, click on the Announcements Module.

Click on "Compose announcement".

Pick either your program or a particular ensemble.

On this page, you can add your message details. You will see a preview of how it will appear on a cell phone on the right side of your screen. *NOTE: If there are Students who are missing Guardians, there will be a message in red prompting you to set up those Relationship Links.

Pick whether the announcement should go to parents, students, or both.

When you're ready to send your message, click the green "Save & Send (#) SMS Messages".

Note: To view the message in the Message Archive, navigate to the Announcements Module.
