Events and Event Series
In the Events Module you have the option to set up an individual/one-off event or a series of events.
How to Create an Event
In your Cut Time Program Dashboard, go to the Events Module.
Click on the "Add Event" button.
Add your Event Details:
- Title
- Date and Time
- Duration
- Timezone
- If this event needs to be included on the Public Calendar
- If this event needs to be included on the District Calendar
- Ensembles applicable
- Description

In the Description box, utilize the formatting options to include bullet points, itinerary items, or paragraph descriptions of this event.
Then click the "Save" button at the bottom at add it to your Events listing.
Adding and Event Series
Click "Add Event Series" and name this category of events, as well as a description of this event series.
Guardians view the series description and the event description when they click the event on their dashboard.
Once your Series has been created, you can update the Series Details and add related events.
