Setting Up Groups

Adding Groups

Go to the Groups Page on the left hand side of your screen. This is where you can customize your Groups' names.
Ensemble Page (NOW Groups)

1) Click the "Add New Group", and enter the Group Name before hitting "Add Group".

*Note: To change the name of your Groups, click the 3 dots on the right hand side of the Group listing, then the "Edit " button, and hit "Save" when you're done.

2) To view Members to an Group, click the "Manage Members" button.

3) To Add a Member to this Group, start typing the name of the person you want to add to the Group in the box that says "Non-members", select their Position, then click Join.

4) To adjust the Position of an individual Member that has been added to the Members list on the right hand side, use the drop-down menu to select another Position, and click "Update".

*Note: If the Member you are trying to add to an Group is not listed in the Non-member box, the will need to be added to your account in the Students Page.
