How to Add an Individual Instrument

Go to the Instruments Module and click the green "Add Instrument" button.

Enter the Instrument's Information. Any areas that are required will be indicated with a * symbol:

• Make*
• Model*
• Type*

• Serial Number
• Barcode

• Case ID

  

• Owner Identifier
• How was the Instrument Acquired* (was it purchased or received)
• Year of Purchase
• Retail Value at Purchase

• Storage Location

  

Then click "Add Instrument".
