Login Troubleshooting

This article is for program and district administrators, teachers, and boosters with access to the program dashboard. For guardian/member login troubleshooting, see this article.

Logging In For the First Time

After a Profile is set up for you by one of our Support Staff, you will receive a login email.

Click through on this email to finish logging in and updating your Profile.

*Note: If you do not click the link within 14 days, your login email link will expire and a new one must be sent by a Cut Time Support Staff Member.

If you clicked on the link but didn't finish setting up your Profile, you can request a Reset Password Email from a Support Staff Member at Support@Gouttime.com.


Resetting Your Password

Once you have logged in for the first time, you will be able to request your own Reset Password Email.

  1. Go to the Login Page of Cut Time Next Gen. at https://app.gocuttime.com/login.
  2. Click the "Forgot Your Password?" button.

  3. Enter your email and click "Send Reset Instructions" and follow the instructions in the email your receive.

Note: Make sure that you are logging in at Gocuttime.com instead of cuttime.net to access CutTime Next Gen. The .net site is for our "Classic" CutTime product.
